Dream Corps TECH is a national program cultivating future leaders and entrepreneurs from underrepresented backgrounds. They work to create a pipeline of diverse talent that will shift the culture of the tech sector.
Our team worked with Dream Corps leadership and their corporate partners to develop curricula, source and interview qualified talent and conduct live trainings focused on developing role specific technical skills for technical roles in technical sales, software engineering and cloud/DevOps engineering.
Having formerly done most of their programming in person, the leadership team at Dream Corps TECH was concerned with developing virtual programs that were simultaneously engaging and effective.
Our team created a model of virtual education that supported the full time program and helped students create meaningful community connections with one another and their host company throughout the tenure of the program. 95% of participating students were offered jobs at DreamCorp’s partner companies.
